Description:
A long, strenuous hike to the Koolau crest via an ungraded path.


What to Expect:



Trailhead Location:
Proceed all the way through the Pacific Palisades residential subdivision to the end of Komo Mai Drive. You should spot a gated road. Continue about 0.3-mile beyond the gate along this narrow road. The trail starts near the water tank at the end of the road.


Accessing the Trail:
This is a public trail operated by Na Ala Hele - thus there should be no access problems.


Property/Access:
Open/public-access. Public access and trail maintenance overseen by Na Ala Hele.

As with all hiking, exercise caution and prudent judgement.
