Fishermen try their luck just off the trail. Kaena Beach is just past them while Makua Valley lay around the ridge on the left. Respectively, Ohikilolo and Keeau Ridges are the next ones to the right. This picture was taken relatively early on the trail. In fact, the guard shack and road leading diagonally to Kuaokala Ridge (Kaena Point Satellite Tracking Station) can be seen.
